No more leaks of the Samsung S6 as the company unveils its flagship phone Samsung S6 along with Samsung S6 edge at the MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2015 in Barcelona.The phone has been talks since quite a long time.Thanks to the leaks. The basic difference between the S6 and the S6 Edge is that the first version is a normal 'flat' version while the other sports a curved display on both the sides.

Samsung has finally worked on the design aspect and has given S6 and the S6 Edge a completely different look(Considering the phones it launched in the past with no innovation in the design). Just like the Xiaomi Mi Note, the Samsung S6 and the S6 Edge sport a back made of glass.The glass used for the purpose is Gorilla Glass 4 making the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge one of the premier phones to use Gorilla Glass 4.Also the frame is completely made of metal,which means that there is hardly any plastic used in the phone.
Both the phones will have non removable back which rule out the standard Samsung features of a removable battery and a micro-SD slot. Unlike the Samsung Galaxy S5,the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are not water resistant. Samsung also offers wireless charging feature for both these devices.Samsung claims that the wired charging for these two phones is faster than any other phone in the market.Samsung makes a claim that 10 minutes of charging can let you use the phone for 4 hours and charging to the full will take time which is half of that required by the iPhone 6. Samsung seems to be very much confident about the camera of both these phones.At the event,they displayed photos clicked by S6 and the iPhone 6 plus and without a question, it was S6 which won each time.

Samsung has not revealed anything regarding the pricing of the phone.But considering the specs which both the phones provide,they are sure to be one of those high end phones.Also we can expect the Samsung Galaxy Edge to cost more than the Normal S6.The Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge will be available in the showrooms from 10th of April.
